We were asked to create a wrap for a security robot. The robot is deployed as a supplemental security device at one of our 24-hour office locations. The branding needed to be simple but immediately identifiable by employees. A full flood of our brand color, large logo and simple type did the trick.

I was asked to create a set of icons for a social media video series on student loans. The icons were designed to align with the existing Citizens Bank iconography style, while supporting the specific messaging of the videos.

These logos were created for Human Resources diversity inclusion programs. The logos are used on program communications and intranet sites, as well as on external facing promotional materials on a limited basis. The logos are meant to be distinct while existing harmoniously within the Citizens Bank brand.

Thinking outside the box lead us to create a unique tool for our student lending sales team - a pop-up cube. It is meant to communicate basic information about our student loan products, and serve as a takeaway that consumers can keep on their desks.

This pennant was created to be used at events to educate students on our loans and also communicate a special limited time offer.

Our bankers use these tabletop displays at campus events to engage and attract student customers. 

Citizens introduced a new loan product to help parents refinance multiple student loans. This digital campaign was developed as part of the overall launch of the marketing campaign for the product.

This landing page was developed as part of the Citizens Bank Fund Your Dreams Sweepstakes. The goal was to help customers fund their dreams through a home equity line of credit. Customers used the site to learn more about the sweeptstakes and submit entries.

This infographic was meant to be used as a learning tool for customers looking for a Home Equity Line of Credit. It was posted online as part of a content hub for information on the Citizens Bank website.

I developed a simple infographic to support Citizens Bank's Earth Day initiatives. The data highlights the environmental impact of the redesigned Citizens Bank branch model. An animated digital video was created based on the infographic and shown via the digital communications network in all Citizens branches.

Product specific leaderboards for the Citizens Bank website that were in rotation in 2017. 

A direct mail piece created to help potential clients begin to understand their investment needs and begin working with an advisor. 

This was a direct mail piece created to announce the opening of our new Wealth Center branch in Chestnut Hill. It was a part of a multi-piece collateral set created for the branch.

This direct mail concept piece was created for our high net worth clients to introduce them to our new Private Wealth Management services and help them start planning for the future. 

These posters were developed for a home equity line of credit marketing campaign. They leveraged a recently introduced revised brand look and feel, and appeared in branches in mid-2017. The goal was to highlight key moments in a persons life to humanize the home lending process.

As a compliment to the poster campaign, digital ads were created to help drive acquisition of new customers through rate driven messaging.

Working with our Home Lending product partners, we were tasked with designing an ad to appear in a high-end publication for the New York based real estate firm, Douglas Elliman. The ad appeared in the spring 2017 issue of their online magazine.

I created several email templates for our product lines, including Premier Banking and Citizens Platinum program customers. The intent was for these emails to serve as monthly e-newsletters for customers, providing them with timely updates and other relevant product information.
