Several different zines created using type and image in different combinations. Of the two featured here, one uses both type and image, and one image only, to communicate the journey I’ve taken to get to where I am today.

Using a variety of visual data display methods, including icons, maps, charts and graphs, I created a poster infographic that visualizes the growth of craft beer in the United States, as well as providing some education on the industry and it’s principles. 

Working in collaborative teams, we created a set of postcards based on a concept and poem. Our concept was renewal, which led us to the poem Sacrifices by Richard Jones, which is about the renewal of spring.

Toothy Whale is a fictitious craft beer company based on the Narwhal, a strange and wonderful creature. The horn, which is actually one long tooth, inspired the name.
